Clear terms for working together.
1. Services
Connected Marketing Kft. provides AI avatar-based content services, including but not limited to:
- AI avatar creation
- Script writing
- Video generation and editing
- Content publishing
- Advertising and campaign management
Services may be provided as one-time projects or recurring (monthly) services depending on the agreement.
2. AI Avatar Ownership
The AI avatar is created specifically for the client and is considered the client’s representation.
However:
- The client may not transfer, sell, or provide the avatar to third parties
- Raw files and underlying training materials are not delivered
- The avatar may only be used within the agreed collaboration
3. Usage Rights
The client may use generated videos for their own business and marketing purposes.
Connected Marketing Kft. may use created content for:
- Portfolio
- Case studies
- Marketing purposes
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Data Processing & Deletion
The service involves processing video, audio, and facial data to create AI-generated content.
- Data is used only for agreed purposes
- Data is stored securely
- Upon client request, all raw data and avatars can be deleted
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the agreement and may include:
- Upfront payment
- Installments
- Post-payment arrangements
In case of non-payment, Connected Marketing Kft. reserves the right to suspend all services.
No refunds are provided unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Liability
The service relies on third-party AI and software tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Connected Marketing Kft. is not liable for:
- Performance of third-party tools
- Platform changes (e.g. TikTok, Meta)
- Marketing results or outcomes
7. Restrictions
The client agrees not to use the service for:
- Illegal activities
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Unauthorized deepfake usage
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
